Mr Armstrong, an excellent story line. So very very many Police forces need to be reformed. Seems like the Police Unions are the major stumbling block when it comes to disciplining bad cops, along with the attitude of any police who witness a bad cops actions, and cover-to the point of perjury-for that bad cop
