I’ve heard of Tin Pan Alley, but Cat Nip Alley?

Cats sure go bonkers o’er catnip.

Look at that first panel while listening to The Beatles’ “Tomorrow Never Knows”

I notice the drawings of catnip in the first panel. It grows wild all over the place near my home.

Oh, dear Lord! Cybil’s been in the ’nip again, and in a big way! Has she O-Ded? Even if not, what a disgrace to be found tripping, laid out in an alley for the public to see!

…at least she doesn’t appear to be hitting the gin again

We had one that would do that too. After he finishedThe ‘nip, he would wait about a week and roam the house howling looking for for more catnip. Total junkie. We tried to get him into a 12 – step program, but couldn’t find one that took cats.

Man, that was some gooooooood catnip.

i had some stoner friends who bought a joint (for $1!) &stood around smoking complaining it wasn’t doing anything. stubbed it out, one stuck it in his back pocket for later(a lousy one is better than none i guess) .when he got home the cat started attacking the pocket. if only they’d been feline, they would really have been high.

Our cat loved playing with her catnip sock. She’d lie on her back and bat at it with all 4 paws.

Looks like Cybil went back to the 70’s for an acid trip!
