How about targeting people who are oblivious to their dog barking all night long?

Wonder if it could be tweaked to include people who don’t pick up after their dogs?

I like wind chimes – they let you know which neighbours to avoid.

If he adds those light projectors to the target list, I’ll be happy to buy one.

I love wind chimes! However mine barely move because of the huge pine tree in front of my patio. Darn! ☺️☺️☺️

Targeting leaf blowers as well would help society.

Why don’t you target Russian power plants and let them see what it is like to be without heat in the winter, especially the women, children, elderly, and infirm. (Sorry for the rant)

Target the cars & trucks with the obnoxiously loud exhausts.

i’d like to order one modified to take out all the sound trucks that are allowed to bombard us with noise pollution, including the %$#@ fire department hectoring us about fire safety…

But I LOVE wind chimes.
