Luann – leave the Dog alone.

I very rarely comment here, but this is seriously bad writing. THIS IS HOW CHILDREN GET BITTEN. Puddles — a normally gentle, meek, unoffensive dog — is showing every way possible that he does NOT want to be around this child. Not all dogs are comfortable around children, and THEY DON’T HAVE TO BE, any more than any of us has to be comfortable around every person.

THIS IS HOW CHILDREN GET BITTEN. Put the dog into a position where its only way out is to bite. And a good dog ends up DEAD because a foolish, ignorant owner pushed it beyond its limits.

I’m here commenting on old Luann strips just to forget , if only for a few seconds, that the world has been turned upside down

I want to get a pet, just to name it “Puzzles”!

I’m really enjoying this story arc. I used to get upset seeing Lindy abuse poor Puddles and Luann just watching thinking it was “cute.” Who’s dumb Luann?

No way a dog could out wit Luann. She’s just letting him think so.
