Luann: Mom, when have I had time to clean my room? Look at this schedule I made of my day. Mom: 9:30 wake up, shower. 10:15. Dress. Eat. 11:30 call Delta and Bernice. Noon: Meet D and B at mall, shop, eat, etc. til 4:15. mom: 4:30 come home. 5: try on clothes. 5:45 call D and B to compare and complain. 6:30: Dinner. 7: homework. 8:10 do nails. 9: read a page in Iliad. 10:15 lay out clothes, brush teeth, etc. 10:30: bed. Mom: My, what a busy day. Luann: I rest my case. Mom: this is very impressive, Luann. how long did it take you to make this schedule? Luann: oh, about 30 min- Mom: That's when you had time. I rest my case.
