Mr. Fogarty drinks coffee in the teacher's lounge as Miss Phelps gets ready to leave. Mr. Fogarty says, "Ok! Fine! I'll come to your place for Halloween." Miss Phelps says, "Splendid! Now let's see.. what sort of costume for you...?" Mr. Fogarty spits out his coffee and says, "COSTUME?!" Miss Phelps says, "A scotsman! Complete with a kilt! Perfect!" Mr. Fogarty says, "KILT!?" Miss Phelps says, as she walks away, "Perhaps we'll even learn the answer to that oft-asked question...."
It’s a culture, not a costume.
