Mr. Fogarty knocks on Miss Phelps' door. Mr. Fogarty is dresses as a scotsman in a kilt. Miss Phelps answers thw door dressed as Elvira. Mr. Fogarty and Miss Phelps look each other up and down. Both look ridiculous. Mr. Fogarty says, "Reality often falls short of fantasy, doesn't it?" Miss Phelps says, "Boy, I'll say."
