Frank is standing in front of the mirror, with a bath towel wrapped around his waist and thinks out aloud: "Ok Frank, let's assess the ol' bod. On the minus side, you've lost hair, muscle tone, brain cells and eyesight". Frank still looking at himself in the mirror, says to himself: "But on the plus side, you've gained weight, wrinkles, ear hair and stiff joints". Frank then looks closely at his face and sighs to himself: "You know you are getting old when all your pluses are minuses".
