Luann follows Aaron to his school locker. She says, "It's your turn now, Aaron. In an e-mail, you said you had 'something big' to tell me." Aaron says, "I do. While I was in Maine, I met a girl, Claudia, and, well ... we're in love." Luann imagines herself thrilled by the news, telling Aaron, "AARON! That is GREAT!! I am SO HAPPY for you!! Instead, Luann mumbles the words so softly they can't be heard. Aaron says, "What?"
