Luann: "You know hwat would be really romantic? If Quill would look at me and say, "Luann, I get lost in your eyes." Bernice: "What does that mean, exactly?" Luann: "Well, it means when he looks into my eeys, he sorta... y'know, gets... lost" Bernice: "Right. He gets lost. But is that a good thing? What does it really mean?" Luann: "I don't know what it means, Bernice! It just sounds really romantic, ok?!" Bernice: "Guess it's better than "Luann, I get lost in your armpits."
Why does Luann hang with Bernice anyway? Bernice is never anything but negative. She’s a real downer. Delta is upbeat and vivacious, and we almost never see her.
