Ah, even Luann’s parents have suspect her sick flirting on the internet! Tiffany was right of course. Though I don’t know why Luann denies flirting with Quill so heatedly, isn’t it normal for young lovers to flirt with one another?

They know what Luann is doing online — talking to her boyfriend. She’s not visiting porn sites or communicating with strangers on social networks. So why should they be worried?

So, Mordock, as a parent you would rather have Luann in the back seat of a car somewhere rather than flirting over the Internet? At least this way she can’t wind up pregnant. Quill is a nice guy—he rejected Tiff throwing herself at him, which would have been an easy conquest. Plus, letter writing? My husband of 35 years and I wrote letters because we lived 500 miles apart while I finished college. Trust me, the romance didn’t fizzle, and it didn’t stop us from going at it like crazy whenever we could get together.

When Frank was a kid they wrote real live honest to goodness paper and ink letters and had to wait for an answer to any questions. Those letters are way better memories than any “e-mail” or video chat. What can and does happen when young folks get on a computer unsupervised is nothing short of criminal.

Maybe if they conversed with…their daughter? Involved her in a discussion on what behavior is expected, maybe had some trust in what they have taught her already allows her to make sound judgements?

it would be kind of funny to see an incident like the viral video of the camstripper whose mom interrupts her, but Luann isn’t that type of girl…wouldn’t put it past Tiffanny though.

So, they’re concerned? They won’t do anything about it though. Actual human parents are concerned, but don’t do anything about it. They believe their children won’t do anything wrong! Then naked photos show up online. Someone posted “so what” if she’s “sexting.” So what is that it too often come back to bite the girl. They break up, who’s to know where those photos will end up, who’s to know how many people the photos are shared with. Girls have killed themselves over it. Plus, if the recipient is 18+, it is legally child porn. I’m a little tired of her long-distance romance anyway. Let’s move on.

They are just realizing this now? Where have they been the last 10 years or so?

Is Tiff setting Luann up, hacking her email, and making it look like she’s sexting (sick flirting)?

C’mon, Frank! Quit acting like a cartoon character and be a mensch, Dad! Find out what Luann is doing if you’re really worried. Otherwise, trust her.

I suspect that this is part of her “plan” and Tiff has been dropping “hints” to Mom and Dad that Luann has been doing “something” on the internet. It would fit with her goading Luann and definitely goes with her character.

So who should they feature instead? The boring parents (compare them to Jeremy’s parents who are actually funny)? Delta and Bernice? There’s nothing there. Tiffany? Worthless. Gunther? Completely lame and not worth any ink. It should be a rotation of luann and quill/etc.; brad and Toni; and TJ and Ann (that quite fun). No one else is worth spending time on.

How many more ways are there for Toni to turn Brad down? They need to move to the next phase or else move apart. ^^Much as I hate to say it, I agree, their relationship has been mostly in neutral for much too long, it’s time they got engaged; or split up

Levi, that was then, this is now where luann and brad have matured and entered a new phase in their lives. We don’t need them to go back and live like they’re 13 or 15 with their friends. Plus it took, what, 15 years to get to this point and now all of a sudden everyone gets impatient?

They should trust more their daughter.
