Speaking of sports syndicates, did you know that Tim Tebow stated that in all of comics, Brad DeGroot is his favorite character because of his stance on sex before marriage? (Let’s not tell Tim that Brad’s restraint is due to Toni)^^Lev…. who the heck is Tim Tebow? (Which is likely an Anglisization of the French name “Thibeault” << I am related to the Thibeault family by my great grandmother Adeline Thibeault>>

Of course he is also deeply religious. With the exception of the Pope, he is probably the most famous male virgin in the world. Well, him and Brad.^^Oh, ok…. but, Brad is no virgin, they didn’t go into that shower to get CLEAN……..

“What matters, what is really important, what could be the foundation of the relationship she and Brad have together, CAN SHE MAKE A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE?”

This reminds me of the old commercials where Mrs. Olson would save the marriage of the young newlyweds by teaching the wife to use Folgers coffee. I don’t think Folgers is the gold standard any more.

I now think TJ is accepting that he’ll be moving on. Wasn’t so sure before today’s strip.

Tim Tebow would make an excellent QB in Canadian football. The best QBs up there have historically been guys who could run, like Doug Flutie or Damon Allen (Marcus’ little brother).

And, Adrian, many of us are here because we want to escape (at least for a few moments) from partisan political blather, whether it’s from zombies on the left or the right. Can you spare us from that, please?

I highly doubt that Brad and Toni have been doing it. Simply because Greg has never been shy in making things like that be known in very unambiguous ways. In my opinion, this is far from unambiguous:TJ suggests they need to shower. They both leave. And that is suppose to be proof positive that they are having sex?

Sorry, that’s not good enough. While there is little doubt that Greg wanted it implied, he left it very much unsaid.

Leviticus said it well the other day. The pro-sex people keep returning to this strip because it’s all they’ve got — a broad hint that maybe, just maybe there’s some hanky-panky going on. There’s nothing explicit. There’s nothing that you can point to that is unambiguous.

Besides, I have a feeling that this is all going to become moot in just a short amount of time. Will Toni move in with Brad before the wedding? If she does, they are having sex. If she doesn’t, they are not.

    End of argument.

I cook better than my wife now … of course, she still makes the best spaghetti sauce any where – haven’t even found ANY restaurant do better … my mom didn’t know how to cook when she married – says my grandmother taught her, including how to bake bread (my dad got pretty spoiled) … nowadays mom’s cooking is OK, but I like some of my recipes better … I like leftovers and getting creative – most of my items get combined into “ghoulash” … but they’re good, though.

“If Toni’s renting an apartment, then yes, she’ll be moving into the house and TJ will have to go somewhere else.”-It won’t come down to “have to” but if it did, I think both names are on the lease. -I expect TJ to hit the road, but not because dwelling rights belong exclusively to Brad.

There seems to be a shortage of Country and Western music fans here or all would think back to Kenny Chesney’s “Good Stuff “Lyrics -Specifically the part which includes:-And it’s the way that she looks with the rice in her hair Eating burnt suppers the whole first year And askin’ for seconds to keep her from tearin’ up Yeah, man, that’s the good stuff." -———————————————————————For the song in its entirety read below or stop, me not care.-

Well, me and my lady had our first big fight So I drove around until I saw the neon lights At a corner bar and it just seemed right So I pulled up -Not a soul around but the old barkeep Down at the end lookin’ half asleep And he walked up and and said, “What’ll it be?” I said, “The good stuff” -He didn’t reach around for the whiskey He didn’t pour me a beer His blue eyes kinda went misty He said, “You can’t find that here”- “‘Cause it’s the first long kiss on a second date Momma’s all worried when you get home late And droppin’ the ring in the spagetti plate ‘Cause your hands are shakin’ so much -And it’s the way that she looks with the rice in her hair Eating burnt suppers the whole first year And askin’ for seconds to keep her from tearin’ up Yeah, man, that’s the good stuff.” -He grabbed a carton of milk and he poured a glass And I smiled and said, “I’ll have some of that” We sat there and talked as an hour passed Like old friends -I saw a black and white picture and it caught my stare It was a pretty girl with bouffant hair He said, “That’s my Bonnie Taken ’bout a year after we were wed” -He said, “Spent five years in the bottle When the cancer took her from me But I’ve been sober three years now ’Cause the one thing stronger than the whiskey”- “Was the sight of her holdin our baby girl The way she adored that string of pearls I gave her the day that our youngest boy, Earl Married his high school love -And it’s a new t-shirt saying, “I’m a Grandpa” Being right there as our time got small And holding her hand when the good Lord called her up Yeah, man, that’s the good stuff" -He said, “When you get home, she’ll start to cry When she says ’I’m sorry’, say, ‘So am I’ And look into those eyes so deep in love And drink it up, ‘cause that’s the good stuff That’s the good stuff”
