Pedro says: When I talk about “Hot sauce, salt, and lime” that’s a short hand for stuff like chamoy sauce, chile lime Tajin seasoning and fresh lime juice.
On my many life travels, I fell in love with “volcanes”, not the sweet Mexico City stuff but the Merida stuff which are fried bean patties dipped in a “bolsita” with a sweet and slighty spicy tomato sauce. I discovered that based in your location in the city volcanes changed appearance, texture and even recipe.

I don’t get why they even sell plain Chicharrons. You then have to still go find the chili powder and a lime.

Perfect foods for when you get old as the only taste senses we have left then are spicy and hot/cold. *Allegedly

Pork rinds are an equivalent Southern snack. If you label them as dog snacks, you can charge five times as much. :)
