@jah1492: you have your bias, I have mine. But no one can claim with any surety that what is happening is any better or worse or any different than any earlier period. History will determine whether presidential action during this 4 year period is any more beneficial to the average American than any other like time period.

What one can say is that the current resident of the white house is less consistent and less organized than almost any prior inhabitant at that address, and therefore, less likely to be able to bring warring political parties into meaningful agreement on important issues.
