At 72 years of age, the verb “to run” is no longer in the vocabulary I use to describe my activities. I still use “to walk” and I do to the tune of about 4 miles a day.
I see many more women out exercising than men. There must be a women’s-only race (why can’t we have a men’s-only anything – double standard) coming up. I am seeing increasing numbers of packs of women running in the morning.
