He’s used to ‘writing’ with emoji’s and is tryin them out orally. Probably also uses the ‘air quotation’ marks when he is just chatting. Language of color and depth is fading from the lexicon. Sad.
At 72 years of age, the verb “to run” is no longer in the vocabulary I use to describe my activities. I still use “to walk” and I do to the tune of about 4 miles a day.
I see many more women out exercising than men. There must be a women’s-only race (why can’t we have a men’s-only anything – double standard) coming up. I am seeing increasing numbers of packs of women running in the morning.
