I spent much of the day making a batch of healthy pizzas to quick cook when I finish a workout. I have a big batch of my tomato/brocalli sauce frozen in icecubes saved in a bag. I made 2 batches of ww/flax seed yeast dough and cooled, then topped with defrosted sauce and various hard cheeses (ending w/pharm reg) and sliced mozzerella. After/while the dough was baked, I cooked some organic hot Italian sausage and frying with finely diced onion and let it cool while separating into very small pieces (so it was cool when I put together my pizzas, and was the final layer- now all 8 are frozen and ready (AND I did an hour with my weights and watched the finale of Top Chef Deserts from last night). I’m a senior with plenty of energy.
