I had to call a major appliance help line recently. I got the message, “Please listen to our menu options as they may have changed.” (Beep boop, beep, beep, boop, beep, beep as I navigate the menu) Then I hear…“We’re sorry, we’re experiencing higher than normal call volume and all of our agents are busy. Please hang up and try your call again later.” CLICK
Oh that so frustrates me…I want to talk to a human!!!
