Higher than Norm call volume.

I had to call a major appliance help line recently. I got the message, “Please listen to our menu options as they may have changed.” (Beep boop, beep, beep, boop, beep, beep as I navigate the menu) Then I hear…“We’re sorry, we’re experiencing higher than normal call volume and all of our agents are busy. Please hang up and try your call again later.” CLICK

Oh that so frustrates me…I want to talk to a human!!!

Talk about robots taking over…..☹️

But they are always experiencing higher than normal volume. So isn’t that normal?

Don’t call us – we’ll call you.

Go Norm! Don’t give them that satisfaction!

Nobody wants to help me anymore. They’re like, “Hey! We’ll call YOU back so you don’t have to wait.” And of course they never call, lol. That’s the modern version of, “Don’t call us. We’ll call you.”

Ha! That would actually be funny.

Your Call Is (Not That) Important to Us

Don’t call us, we won’t call you, and we’ll call it even.

Always have something dvr’d to binge watch while you sit on hold, speaker phone mode and a stand for the phone is a must.
