Homer the Reluctant Soul. The Roman adventure continues. Banking on their regard for human life, I told my captors that I needed live bait to complete the wolf trap I constructed to protect their livestock. They did not disappoint... Woman: Give him the slave girl. What they hadn't figured out yet was the real function of it was to trap them, not wolves... But to pull off the escape, I had to keep up the charade and wait to tell the girl what I was really doing... Girl: Why are you doing this to me? Homer: Shh... Almost there. Now...run! Girl: What?! Into the wolf-infested woods? Homer: Either that or back to Signora Spietato. Girl: Oh...great choice. We need to talk about your communication skills, shepherd-boy... Homer: Ok, but let's survive the night first.
I was wondering how long it’d take for someone to point that out! Much longer than I thought it would take. Thanks!
