There is a difference between acceptance and normalization, but there are some things so evil and so destructive that they should never be either accepted or normalized. Watching a “president” who subjugates the interest of the United States to our most dangerous hostile foreign adversary; who rips babies from mothers LEGALLY applying for asylum and locks them in cages and then loses track of them; who lies constantly; who REDISTRIBUTES income from working people to pay for corporate welfare and tax giveaways to the few richest elites; who calls the free media the “enemy of the people”; who appoints cabinet members and agency heads dedicated to destroying their agencies (education, the environment, labor, consumer rights) — these are all things that should never be accepted, never be normalized.
Normally acceptance just about works! But accepting the Normal can be a bit of a problem if the prevailing context is “Look-How-different-and-unique-i-am”! Tghen everyone is in their own normal….
Problem: the politicians. Solution: Everyone who can legally vote, get off your lazy fat sanctimonious griping whining complaining ass and get out and vote. If you don’t vote, you have NO RIGHT to complain. Thats how you change things. Forget “Me first” Go back to your kindergarten rules. If its not yours, ask before you borrow itThink before you speakTake responsibility for your actions,Don’t blame everyone else for your failure
Suck it up ButtercupNot everyone gets a prizeSomeone has to loseLearn from your mistakesDo your best and everything you do, and try and do one kind/nice thing every day for someone elseThat makes life simplerMost of allDon’t take life too seriously, you aint getting out alive

Acceptance is not complaining about being carried off by a giant butterfly.
Normalizing is getting your complementary bag of peanuts.
