But… kids grow up. That means you will soon forget! But… here is my opinion – if you work hard at it… you can have a Second Childhood after you have your last child leave home! Just don’t break a hip doing it! ;)

Her friend lives in Nikeness? What a coincidence. When I was a kid, my imaginary friend lived in Adidasland.

“Adult” is the disguise children must wear to make it through life. Eventually, they are permitted by society to shed the disguise and become children once more.

It’s never too late to have a happy childhood

Life is tough for those who are snarky but nice.

Just because I’ve had to wear my big boy pants for most of my 75 years doesn’t mean that I’m not really still a little kid in grownup disguise.

I know what I want to be when I grow up! ….. a kid!

And I here assume that Daddy is autobiographical.

Some of us haven’t decided what we want to be when we grow up, the more adroit desire to skip …

If most of us want to abstain from adulthood, who’s going to do the necessary drudgery of providing and protecting? Not innocent children?
