There are still spears in space that were thrown before gravity was invented.

I have read at least one Science Fiction / philosophical novel in which her statement would have made a little bit of sense. It was a very strange novel.

It’s probably safe to say that Jeffrey will never be a public school teacher. Which is fortunate, because Danae might very well still be struggling in public school when Jeffrey would become one.

Danae deals with reality the same way a lot of people of all ages do. She denies its existence and replaces it with beliefs and whims.

Brick walls help you recon with reality.

If you don’t want gravity to be, just call it fake news, point out that there are other forces in nature that are more evil, give it a bad name and claim that it has been weaponized against you and that you are an underserving victim.

If Danae wants to be unaffected by gravity, she simply has to have zero mass. It does require a very strict diet regimen.

Danae is like a 6 mos old kitten with a box and a ball of yarn. She doesn’t know which to play with first.

I have conversations like this on almost a daily basis.

Invented versus discovered.

Isaac Newton did not invent gravity. We were not all flying around and then he came along and said the word gravity and we all fell down. Gravity was already around. Isaac Newton invented the word Gravity.

Danae is no different from those people who still benefit from environmental destruction. Those who try to explain where the rolling climate disaster is coming from are also curled up in their labs whimpering.

I like both sides- – gravity rules in this house- – everything lands on the floor.

No gravity. No atmosphere. No us.

I like gravity. It means that my stuff is usually where I left it.

Wiley Miller just hit a gold mine and he’s going to milk it for what it’s worth. Think about it, if gravity can be questioned what else can stay up?

But, he also invented calculus so you can describe the behaviour of things under the influence of gravity. And the cat door.

Gravity has always been with us. Isaac Newton just figured out how it works. Sir Isaac is not whom Danae should be ticked with. She had better be careful.

Of course, we’d be breathing vaccuum because there would be no gravity holding our atmosphere. She would not be able to get anywhere because without gravity there would be no traction and she doesn’t have wings. Gravity is a lot handier than you might think.

Gravity surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the Universe together. Without it, there would be nothing.My contribution to Star Wars Day.

I feel the same when they do those “On the Street” interviews — my favorite was the college students in California who couldn’t answer a simple question about the Pacific Ocean!
