    Actually, the Fed’s actual plan is mentioned in panel 1 and 2. Hence the media preoccupation with aliens, saucers, videos, etc. in the last year. We’re all being marinated for the eventual red carpet reveal!!

    Ah, how the English language (American version at least) evolves! It used to be that a “brat” was a spoiled annoying child who commonly misbehaved. Now the word has morphed into reference to someone (age unspecified) who’s “confidently rebellious, unapologetically bold,and playfully defiant” — per Dictionary.com — and yes, I had to look it up because I’m crustily stuck in the 20th century!
