Old school Wisconsin, 1700 – 2000 in my Village. Whole idea should be scrapped, just like when the dollar was devalued. Just imagine a dollar of constant value where employees only got extra pay for production increases, the cost of this year’s turkey is the same as last year’s, this year’s income tax is the same as last - well two out of three isn’t bad.
