There are two words that describe my singing: “restraining order” – I am not permitted to sing in public and I must remain at least 100 feet from any operational karaoke machine.
There can’t be anything noisier or more prehistoric-sounding than sandhill cranes. Especially at 5:00 am (for weeks). Loons, on the other hand, are pleasant and calming. Even at 5:00 am.
Nothing can outdo the NBC peacock in color. Anyway, this breed, according to National Geographic and David Attenborough, only clap their bills together with an occasional Do-Si-do.
