So where are the nosey people who report on kids whose parents are not taking care of them? James parents would have had any number of visits from HHS wanting to take James away. Can’t see his parents resisting that at all.Yes, I realize its a comic and real world rules do not apply. But geeze, the number of busy bodies seem to have multiplied, calling the cops if parents not hovering over their shoulders. And lets not forget school.
