Mice are nice.

Now, is this a cat genie or a mouse genie? That might explain the gegie’s moral code.

I’m looking at the background here….. is this just a change in perspective or is the boat actually moving?

Scratch should wish that the mice be given chronic, vivid nightmares about him going after them… and [almost] being successful. It doesn’t go against mouse genie’s code, and the mice get the fear of Scratch put into them.
