I sort of wish that someone had done something like this for me when I was young . . ."<br> <br> Linus plays on the floor. Lucy says, "Here, Linus . . . Look what I've done for you . . ."<br> <br> Lucy says, "I've made up a list of New Year's resolutions that I feel you need desperately to make . . ."<br> <br> Lucy continues, "Actually these are reforms which will help you to become a better person." Linus says, "Well, how nice!"<br> <br> Linus says, "This was very thoughtful of you, Lucy . . . I shall try ernestly to improve myself in all these areas . . ."<br> <br> Linus says, "I'll make good use of this list . . . I'll try very hard to improve . . . I really will!"<br> <br> Linus smiles and says, "I fact, I think I'm getting better all ready! Look at me . . . I'm improving!!"<br> <br> Linus starts laughing. Linus continues laughing and tosses the paper on the floor.<br> <br> Lucy looks at the list.<br> <br> Lucy sits next to Charlie Brown and says, "Reformers have a hard life."<br> <br>
