Charlie Brown sits on the ground and leans against a tree. Peppermint Patty stands next to him and says, "My dad says that I am 'A rare gem.'" Charlie Brown says, "I agree with him."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty sits on the ground and leans on the other side of the tree. She says, "You kind of like me, don't you, Chuck? I'm glad you don't come right out and say it, though . . . I respect you for that."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "That's all I need . . . 'Respect.'" He sighs. Peppermint Patty says, "What did you say, Chuck? Don't mumble . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "I said, 'You are a rare gem.'" Peppermint Patty says, "You kind of like me, don't you, Chuck?"<BR><BR>
