Both Peppermint Patty and Marcie are wearing backpacks. They hike across a fallen tree. They skip across a river via stones.<BR><BR> As they walk along in the woods, Marcie asks,"I suppose we should be observing wildlife while we're out here, shouldn't we, sir?" Peppermint Patty replies,"Absolutely, Marcie...that's one of the purposes of backpacking."<BR><BR> As Peppermint Patty walks off, Marcie looks in the bushes and exclaims.<BR><BR> She shows Peppermint Patty, Olivier wrapped up in his sleeping bag. She says,"Look, sir, I think I've found a strange creature...it looks like a giant worm or something..."<BR><BR> The Beaglescout walks up to them with a frown as Peppermint Patty replies,"That's a bird in a sleeping bag, Marcie! You've found a bird in a sleeping bag!"<BR><BR> The Beaglescout snatches Olivier out of Marcie's hands.<BR><BR> He gaves Olivier a kick as they walk off. Marcie watches them go and says,"I think we've disturbed the wildlife, sir, or upset the balance of nature or something..." Peppermint Patty exclaims,"A bird in a sleeping bag?!"<BR><BR>
And for once Peppermint Patty is more observant than Marcie!
