Linus walks up to Charlie Brown, who is sitting on the bean bag watching t.v. Linus asks,"Where's your sister?" Charlie Brown replies,"'Where' is right!"<BR><BR> Sally sits at the table writing the letter 'Y'.<BR><BR> As Linus stands next to her, she holds up the paper with a smile and says,"I'm practicing my y's." He asks,"Why?"<BR><BR> She replies,"No, Y's! I did a whole row of them." He says,"Oh." She bends over the paper and replies,"Not O's, Y's!" He leans on his hand and says,"I see."<BR><BR> She says,"I C? who said anything about I's and C's?" She lifts up the paper and exclaims,"These are Y's! Don't you ever listen?"<BR><BR> As she writes, he exclaims,"Gee!" She looks up and yells,"Not G! Y's!!"<BR><BR> She resumes writing and says,"Now pay attention...these are U's..." He replies,"They don't look like me at all..."<BR><BR> He runs off as she flings the papers and pencil at him.<BR><BR>
So he was doing it on purpose.*I confess, Charlie Brown’s comment in the first panel confuses me. Anyone else get it?
