Peppermint Patty in private school? Interesting.

I don’t think the issue is private/public school. It think the issue is that patty isn’t trying.

I guess you are home alone Patty? That would be child anise today (probably back then too)

You might have to wear a uniform. With a skirt.

I had a friend whose kids transferred from a public ghigh school to a highly respected private high school.

I asked them if the work was harder.

They said, “No the work is about the same, but now we get lower grades for the same work.”

Government, doubt it, teachers union would not.

Well, just with what was said, we know this strip is ancient. Do that these days, and the sleepy joe administration would put a hit out on you.

Dang this is the obedience school arc. Strap in lads, it’s a long one.

The government would like it if you transferred, Peppermint Patty.

My eyes were a little blurry, so I first thought her Dad was offering to let her transfer to a pirate school.

Who knew Peppermint Patty had so many issues?

Fudge private schools.

Hopefully a Christian school.

It’s the teachers union you need to worry about

Just because you want to transfer to a private school doesn’t mean they have to take you. Or you’ll do any better. Or like it more. Or fit in.

I wonder if he’s a single dad in the military.

Times have changed. Now certain factions of government will give away public taxpayer money so you can send your kid to a private school. Including faith based schools. Eroding separation of church and state

But you’d miss all your friends!

In fact the Government would be thankful Peppermint Patty, you’re bringing down the average.

Even though I’m a public school teacher, family members have used private schools for their kids who are struggling and I completely understand. Do what you have to.

Considering what they teach in schools these days, Patty, you’d be better off in in 0n-the-Job training in a skilled trade.

But, who would Marcie annoy all the time.

The government would understand Patty but the school building wouldn’t. Maybe Sally could explain for you.
