Black marketeers will happily sell guns to anyone, including guns that are damaged, defective, and/or dangerous to operate. Anyone with a Federal Firearms License (ie, to sell guns), will demand name, social security number, date of birth, and everything else on the Form 4473, which reads in part “Certain violations of the Gun Control Act, 18 U.S.C. 921 et. seq., are punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment and/or up to a $250,000 fine” and is six pages long.
