Rat says, "Behold! I, Rat, have figured out that the key to happiness is to lower your expectations. So I have created the 'Expectation Crusher.'" Pig says, "How's it work?" Rat says, "You write down each of your expectations on these strips of paper and put them in here. Then, the expectation crusher grinds them down to one low expectation you can meet, making you happy! Here, try it..." Pig says, "Let's see... I want to be loved by everyone... I want a million friends... I want my own amusement park... I want a thousand ponies." Rat says, "'I want a hat.'" Pig says, "I've got that! I've got that!" Rat says, "How did you do that?"
I am beginning to suspect that characters in this strip wear clothes when it’s part of the joke.
