Rat: Why do we have to pass a test to drive? Goat: Because there are many rules involved in driving. Rat: And drivers have to be knowledgable to do that? Goat: Of course. Rat: And who makes the rules of the road? Goat: Government officials. Rat: And government officials have to be knowledgable to do that? Goat: Of course. Rat: And who elects the government officials? Goat: We do when we vote. Rat: And we have to be knowledgable to do that? WE DON'T HAVE TO KNOW SQUAT!! I like to find flaws in the system.
