I’ve heard of this movement and I seen pictures of some of these walk-in closets they call houses. I have also heard that many of the people who have moved into those houses are looking to move out. Turns out smaller is not always better.

Sorry, folks, but in this case bigger really is better….

Come to think of it, how come Rat and Pig are the same size?

Even during the landline-only days, phone books were rarely used as intended! Mostly, as a booster seat for a Kid!

Not to worry plans are in the works to privatize our postal system. No books allowed for pee ons.

Look at the bright side, Pig: you’re facing out when the phone book arrives.

The world’s filthy-rich are banking on the other seven billion of us ultimately settling for cremation urns.

I wonder if Millennials are asking, “What’s a phone book?”.

That’s one way to live first class!

Living in a small place makes you get rid of the stuff you don’t use. Which is healthier. Whatever space you have, you’ll fill it. 5000 sq ft means 4000 sq ft of stuff you should just get rid of.

People still get phone books?

Don’t worry guys; phone books are so small nowadays, you’re safe.

No worries , Pig , in my younger days ,before I ran screaming from the east , I actually did deliver phone books for a few days . We were told at the outset , there was one cardinal rule that was never to be broken , absolutely NO phone books to be left in in ANY mailbox !

Since in many places in California, houses of 1000 square feet or less could be selling for $350,00 to $400,00 or possibly more, then people had better get used to smaller houses. I lived in California in the 1960s and 1970s and houses were selling for significantly less then. Higher housing costs, thanks again to more immigration and growing populations.

Here in Queens County, New York, it’s possible to own a house for only $35,000! But in order to live in it comfortably, you must answer to the name of Fido!

Aw, Pig hasn’t enough space in the mailbox for a blanket. Or for maple syrup.

What’s a phone book? Haven’t gotten one of those for 3 or 4 years now.

In my twenties, I lived out of suitcase.

I have tried to look up phone numbers on the internet and it is a complete waste of time.

The arrival of a what?

Some of the “tiny houses” are well designed and quite livable for a single person with few personal belongings. But I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t choose to live in a mailbox, even if I could fit into it. Too much federal law and probable violations involved; and where would I put the large-screen TV?

So, Pig is prejudiced against phone books?

One day, a drawbridge. The next day, a mailbox! Curse those pesky zoning laws.
