Rat (and humankind) needs a few million balloons.

Reminds me of the donation can at the local dry goods store. Sign was “Blind Fund” … After some time the can, now full, went away and was replaced by a sign that said “Thanks, the blinds work GREAT!”

In an early episode of Gotham, there was a man who was getting rid of people he hated by handcuffing them to weather balloons so they’d fly away. I guess Stephan is a fan of the show.

Why bother selling them with that end result? I’d help finance a delivery of red balloons and helium to be handed out in Portland and Seattle! Might be an idea for Go Fund Me!

I’m guessing that the lesson in not running away from your problems is lost on Rat.
