It looks like the offscreen narrator is back.

The subtitle says there are no subtitles here, so I guess I’ll have to look somewhere else.

Nice 4th wall break … and I did assume, since the therapist was Todd … that the conversation would be in Rar since we’ve never (or almost never?) seen translated subtitles for that language.
