Opal won’t accept your concept, Earl

Personally, I think being dead is a pretty good excuse for not sending Christmas cards. I haven’t gotten any cards from any of the dead people I knew either.

I keep getting cards from people I haven’t seen or heard from in years after they moved. I never did get their new addresses.

I haven’t gotten a xmas card from any person in decades; lots of cards from businesses, though.

We get very few Christmas cards now. Might be because we haven’t sent any out for several years.

if dead people really cared about you they would have sent cards early.

What is a better excuse than being dead?

I used to send cards to a lot of people. Always wrote a line or two as well, but nobody else ever wrote anything unless they sent one of those awful Christmas Letters. Stopped sending cards to those who only signed their name or had it engraved (printed) on the card. I already know who they are, so do not need just a signature. Now I only get one and I only send one.

It seems the older you get the fewer card you get…Just one of the facts of life.

I stopped sending cards many years ago. Too expensive, and it took way too much of my time. I usually only receive a half dozen these days, and that’s okay.

HOLIDAY cards, Opal, Some people celebrate HANUKKAH.

Really? We still send Christmas cards, In fact we have wrote a lot out this year because we have a big family.

However I did send an E-Card yesterday. I only send those to online friends.

If you don’t send to them, why should you expect them to send to you?

Mortality is pesky.

If dead people can vote they can surely send Christmas cards.
