We use diatomaceous earth (it’s natural silica from the fossilized remains of tiny aquatic creatures collected from the bottom of lakes, rivers etc) it’s nontoxic for dogs and people, you can dust their beds, the yard, the carpet/rugs… haven’t had any fleas for years and don’t have to worry about poison (flea collars/treatments) harming the dog. It also kills bedbugs, ticks, cockroaches, spiders… it makes them dry up and die
My dogs’ DNA tests were a bit of a surprise. The “lab/pit” turned out to be mostly “boxer/pit” while the “pointer/beagle” is actually mostly “border collie/beagle”.
Family history—I am doing it, My family history. And the love I feel when I’m doing itIs very sweet to me.I learn stories of my progenitors; I write their history. I keep records of my loved ones.

Earl don’t be like that. Roscoe is a good boy. Just get him a flea collar.

“Rhodesian Fleaflicker”. Sounds like a play that a NFL team would have in its playbook!
