It’s not always about how fast you get there, it’s how good you look going there……more or less.

A new study says that just 11 minutes a day of exercise still has significant health benefits in terms of heart disease risk, etc. Despite bad spinal back and leg pain, I average more than that over a week, and sometimes do more rhan 15 minutes per day. Thus, strive for at least 75 minutes exercise total a week, and then maybe work up to the regular government standard of 150 minutes a week.

Our government has no honest or viable standard in anything. They continue to change their standards to their benefit, not ours! Just to best you can, jmolay. Don’t stop if and when you reach YOUR goal, not the government’s!

George Carlin, Will Rodgers, Harry Sinclair Lewis and many others saw where the rise of the two party system that limited the growth and ability of other parties would lead. They recognized J. R. R. Tolkiens works as the foreshadowing of a corporate world where capitalist, imposed their will on others in their quest for stupidity and what they saw as power. Sell people what they don’t need and will not use, just to get more money!

Enough exercise to lose the weight I gained since I was a teenager will probably kill me. So my dying wish will be, “Bury me in my skinny jeans.”

I have a shirt that fit me (albeit differently) when I was 75 lbs heavier than I am now.
