“I don’t wanna!” Can’t make me!

Your’re a Plugger when your mind says, “I can still do that!” And your body says, “Try it and die, fat boy!”

The plugger cycle is; I can do it. Then aches and pain. Then doctor. Then better. Then repeat; I can do it……

Slow but steady gets it done ;-) Stay in shape :-)

What if your mind says, “You can’t do that! Don’t even try!” and the body responds, “OK, I won’t!”?

I used to believe in Mind Over Matter. That was before I contained so much Matter that is Fatter.
