A bounty on flea collars from the fleas, eh? Count on Poncho to let his friends get chewed up for a few bucks. (I am not going to delve into the biological accuracy of this depiction).

Uh, fleas don’t have wings…

When a cartoonist looks back, there are some strips that just make him want to bite pencils.

I don’t understand peoples issue with this strip. Obviously, the fleas and ticks can’t deal with Poncho directly as he’s wearing a flea collar and has his bounty of pilfered collars piled around him. The critters hired mosquitoes to act as middle-men.

There he is. My buddy Poncho. Well, I have always heard that “Buddy is only half a word.” He proved it today.

It is Cartoonville – and some of us are questioning fleas with wings?? How about Dogs that talk and go to Cafes, etc. Anything can happen in Cartoonville and especially with Poncho!

You know Poncho, in wartime you would be SHOT for that !!!!! lol
