This is not a Republican party I remember. This is not the party that recognized when one of their own had committed illegal acts voted for motions of impeachment, forcing him to resign. This is not an honorable and responsible party anymore.
Anyway, your description of Cain describes President Obama to a T. The Democrats are the worst enemy of African Americans, unless you think Democrats like Richard J. Daley did African Americans a great service by stacking them into crime-ridden high-rises in blighted inner cities, and that open-minded liberals like Al Gore Sr. had African Americans’ best interest at heart when he voted against the Civil Rights Act. You are either naive or intellectually dishonest if you think that Democratic Party leadership actually cares about minorities. They want their votes and promise nothing in return.
I’m increasingly of the opinion that allowing comments on comics are a bad idea. Only very rarely do the comments add to the humor, and more and more — as with those of Darsan54 — they instead detract from it.
I’m just impressed at Stantis’s turnaround time. Maybe he’s suspected this would happen for weeks, so he made the comic in advance with instructions to post as appropriate.
But in the end Carmen found solace in the embrace of her good friend Winslow. And what did we learn today boys and girls? A good friend always trumps a hero with feet of clay. Even if the friend is for the other team.

Why do you assume she is talking about Cain? Most of Scott’s Sunday strips are touchy-feely non-partisan pieces.

@KPOM-Thank you. Your eloquence only exceeds your logic. Sadly, this will not be rewarded.
