Hmmmmmmmm, no. Not really to both Carmen and Winston.

If you are well off, then you have lawyers to challenge prosecution evidence and do investigations of your own. If you are poor, you’re either forced to sit in jail because you can’t pay bail or accept a plea when you’re innocent to get out. Some “evidence” for crimes such as sexual assault is often found in a multitude of victims to similar accusations of a similar pattern by an individual. It’s called circumstantial evidence and a preponderance of quality evidence can point the way to guilt as much a video of the crime can.

But we (the US today) practices a very two tiered system with the poor and minorities paying the highest prices. It is a system “designed” (sorta) to keep the well off as they are and others suppressed. And don’t kid yourself.

If you’re referring to Kavanaugh, Scott, you might also include those pesky details about calling witnesses (subpoena), cross examination, and access to evidence — his writings. Not to mention a real investigation and an impartial judge and jury.

    .

But why bother with those things? Truth and Justice are the things you really want to label as quaint, right?

Centuries old Napoleonic Law says you’re guilty until proven innocent.

Stantis is talking about all those people yelling “Lock her up” about someone who has never even been charged with a crime – right?

The statists in the dem party seek a tyranny similar to the soviet and east block commie era. If a preferred memberof the statist (dem) class wants you gone, a simple accusation is all that is neded. Your peers will then be asked to raise thier hands that they agree the accused is guilty.

All democracy is tyranny…a mob of the majority run by an arrogant elite usually controlling useful idiots. Lenin trumptted that socialism depends on Democracy.

This is why our founders created a republic and not a country run by the tyrrany of the majority.

Fortunately the statist dems arent even a majority…they are about 30%. Yet they are so loud, so vile, violent and intimidating that they apear bigger than they are…in other words they are BULLIES!

Time to kick them to the curb in the midterms. Come on America, let’s show what realy Americans look like.

You mean like the president chanting “LOCK HER UP, LOCK HER UP!”

Is that the kind of due process to which you were referring?

“It went the way of payphones…” Fatty Arbuckle repeated with a scoff.

Due process doesn’t apply to conservatives if you are a Democrat..

Poor, pathetic “conservatives”. You stole the whole government and its just not enough. Maybe you’re having pangs of guilt because deep down inside you know it’s true?

Naaah, not possible. Not a one of you has a conscience.
