If you die you’ll be a guinea pig and a foot note in history and if you survive you’ll be a servant for the upper class!

I want to spend the rest of my life with absolutely nothing to do but look at red dirt.

If I can’t take my video games with me and if I can’t WhatsApp my family, I’ll pass. Priorities.

Things are pretty bad here, but at least we have breathable oxygen pretty much everywhere. Mars is still worse, at least until someone figures out how to change that and profit off it.

40 years ago I would have died for a chance to go, now the trip alone might kill me

Why don’t they go to Uranus ? I hear there’s a brown hole to explore.

If enough humans get to Mars and stay long enough, Mars will be just like Earth eventually. Humans are humans.

Um didn’t the Space X recently blow up ? You sure you want to go on this rocket ? It’s definitely one way since it won’t return afterwards

The biggest limit on exploration is the need to get back. Name the ships Magellan & Cook as a reminder that you don’t need a return ticket to be historic. Ed White Lives!

Or, and hear me out, we could make things better on the lovely planet we inhabit.

    “In a heartbeat!”

I’m pretty sure the trip will take longer than that.
