There is enough water in Lake Superior to cover all of the Americas to a depth of 1 foot.
With the abundance of water in some areas and a dearth in others, perhaps it’s time for a major pipeline or aqueduct construction project on the scale of the interstate highway program or the space program, for the purpose of creating a more equitable distribution of water in this country. Jobs would be created, floods eased and droughts in the western states alleviated. Better than selling arms simultaneously to two countries warring against each other.
