    Well, talking about birds:

    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

A bird watcher walks into a bar and orders a beer.

“I’ve always wondered, what’s the difference between a crow and a raven?” the bartender asks

“Well, ravens and crows both have large feathers on their wings called ‘pinions’. Ravens have 4 pinions on each wing while crows only have 3.” the bird watcher replies.

“So, it’s just a matter of a pinion is what you’re saying?” says the barkeep.

I’ve played a few chess games where my opponent and I were so well matched the game lasted more than 24 hours, so I’m not too surprised at a grand-master game going for 60 hours. The big question is who won.

I think Viganella should be renamed “Vanity”. They love the way their town looks.

Does Viganella have more fires than the average city in Italy?

Read of a Norwegian town that also used mirrors to get sunlight into the town square during the winter. The square was constantly filled with cats.

If the hummingbird needs to feed every 15 minutes, how does it sleep?

I wish my metabolism would be a tad faster than it is.
