For those of you talking about declawing, please read up on that procedure before recommending it or having it done to your own cat. It’s a lot crueler and much more mutilating than it appears at first glance. It’s not merely like cutting fingernails or trimming the nails of a dog. Basically you are suggesting the equivalent of humans cutting off the top joints of their fingers and toes, merely to avoid stubbed toes and pinched fingers.
